About Us

We are Arrowwood Weddings + Events, a wedding venue and event space with a unique and intimate submersion into nature, that offers on-site lodging.  Our lovely property is tucked away beneath a canopy of 200+ year old trees, highlighted by grand and beautiful oak, walnut and pecan trees, with relaxing water features fed from a natural spring, including ponds and waterfall runoffs throughout.  We even have animals available like horses, llamas and mini-donkeys who bring sheer joy to our visitors!

The best part is that we are within 30 minutes of downtown Dallas and 50 minutes of Fort Worth. Our whimsical wooded forest is the ultimate boutique setting for a great time - outdoor weddings, family reunions, company retreats, birthday parties and much more! Plus, we offer on-site lodging and several lodging airbnb style homes near by, for convenience for you and your guests.

Arrowwood Weddings + Events is individually owned by a wife + husband duo, established in 2018 with the goal of offering an affordable venue that is surrounded by big trees with options to make your day stress-free and your own.  Although this is a new venue, it has rich history!  Previously, the property was said to be owned by country music icon George Jones, once held a famous swimming hole in the 1920's, and was even said to be a training camp in the Civil War for its secluded location.

We are here to make sure your event is an amazing, stress-free and memorable experience, while also being affordable.  We strive for this by offering many in-house add-ons such as complete decor and setup for your event, day-of-coordination, photography, yard games, s'mores bar and much more!
