We are dedicated to making your visions come to life. We offer a large acreage footprint, including the pavilion and multiple ceremony sites, which are all situated among our +200 year old trees, as well as:
• Up to 15 hours of venue access on the day of
• Tables and white garden chairs for up to 200 people (including setup/breakdown)
• Access to 10 acres with several ceremony sites to use and photograph
• 3,000 square foot covered pavilion for reception and dancing
• Outdoor dance floor beneath twinkle lights
• Cocktail hour site with bar and cocktail tables
• Two fire pit options for s’mores or just a laid back setting
• Use of property for engagement and/or bridal portraits (appointment required)
• Bridal house with full bathroom, large vanity and full kitchen
• Groom's lounge with darts, flat screen TV, gaming system and even a penny bar
• DJ booth plus plenty of accent tables such as cake table, buffet table, gift table
• 1-hour rehearsal (dates when we don't have a wedding)
• On-site venue manager
• Clean-up fee
• On-site parking
• Horses available for photography (48 HR advanced notice required)

Let us ensure your day is all you've dreamt of! Includes coordinator to be there during the event and several hours prior for vendor setup, along with 1-hour planning session.
Up to 150 guests, we will provide you with a s'mores bar setup next to one of our fire pits.
Arrive the day of and everything is all setup! We provide all the decor for ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and tables.

Our 5' x 5' lawn ottomans are perfect for adding outdoor seating options around the fire pits and photography opportunities!
Includes photography day of, editing, and large format and digital images for print or web use.
Enjoy immediate accommodations for the newlyweds after your big day in our bridal house!

Off-duty police officers will ensure everyone's safety and that your big day is flawless and fun!
When alcohol is served, (1) security guard is required for less than 175 guests and (2) guards required for more than 175 guests (we will book for you).
$40/HR per guard.
